Pawan Security Services

Pawan Security Services is run out of 51/2, Pawan Niwas, which is right on the Second Cross in Rajatgiri. It’s a residential area in Dharwar, so it feels more like a home than a typical business office. We’ve got the 4th Main road just a short walk away. Being in a house makes the whole atmosphere a bit different. We sit in what used to be a front room, surrounded by files and a couple of old desks. It’s nice because it’s quiet and we don’t have to deal with the noise of the main market. Our neighbors are mostly families who have lived here for years. They see us coming and going at odd hours because security work doesn't really stop. We have a small porch where the guards wait before their shifts start. Sometimes we sit out there in the evenings when it’s cooler. Dharwar has nice weather, so it’s not too bad. We don't have any corporate protocols or fancy uniforms for the office staff. We just wear what's comfortable and get on with the paperwork. People often stop by just because they saw the name on the gate. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know most of the people on this street by name. It’s not a big operation, but we stay busy enough keeping everything organized from this little spot in Rajatgiri. We just take it one day at a time here at the house and make sure the schedules are set.
