Operating out of Old Hubli is different from the newer parts of the city. We are situated near the Sibdha Road Math which is a landmark most locals recognize easily. Our office isn't anything fancy but it gets the job done. Most of the time we are busy with paperwork or talking to people who walk through the door. The area around here has a lot of history and you can feel it when you walk the streets. Navanidhi Associates has been around for a bit and we just focus on the work at hand. It can get noisy outside with the traffic and people going to the Math but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don’t spend much on advertising because people usually find us through word of mouth or just by passing by on their way somewhere else. Some days are slower than others and that gives us time to catch up on things we missed. It’s a small team here and we all know each other well. We don't try to act like a big corporate firm because that’s just not who we are. We answer the phone when it rings and try to help out whoever is on the other end. Life in Old Hubli moves at its own pace and we are happy to be a part of it. There’s always someone stopping in for a quick chat or to ask a question about the neighborhood.
