We are located in the Boma Chandra Industrial Area. Our place is at number 111-A, and we are quite close to the Green Hotel. It is an industrial zone, so there are a lot of factories and warehouses around us. We mostly do lamination work here. The shop floor is where most of the action happens. It is full of machines and the smell of materials being processed. We don't have a fancy front office. Most people just walk right into the work area. We are a small team and everyone knows their job. It gets loud and hot sometimes, especially during the summer months. But we just keep going. We have been here for some time and have gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial area. The Green Hotel is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We don't spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who know us or see our sign when they drive past. We take pride in just getting the work done without making a big deal out of it. It’s a practical business and we treat it that way. Every day is about making sure the machines are running and the lamination is coming out right. It’s steady work and it keeps us occupied. We don't have many staff meetings, we just work. We just keep our tools sharp and the floor clean.
