Jai Mata Darshan Hardware

We’ve got our hardware shop at 254, Snabapeth in Old Hubli. It’s an old part of town and the streets are narrow. Jai Mata Darshan Hardware has been here for years. The shop is packed from floor to ceiling with all sorts of tools, nails, and supplies. It’s hard to find things sometimes if you don't know where to look. I usually know where everything is, though. People from the neighborhood come here when they are fixing things at home. We don't have a fancy display or anything. It’s just shelves and bins full of stuff. Old Hubli is a busy place and Snabapeth is always full of people walking and biking. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with the door open to the street. We open early so the workmen can get what they need before they start their day. It’s a lot of lifting and moving heavy boxes. My hands are usually dirty from handling the metal parts. We don't do any big marketing. We just talk to the people who walk in. If we don't have something, we try to get it by the next week. It’s a small, family-run kind of place. We know most of our customers by name. It’s just how things are done here in this part of Hubli. Simple and honest work.
