Garden Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is out in the Lakamanahalli Industrial Area at No. 15. We have been working from this location for a good number of years. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a bit of dust and the sound of trucks passing by, but it fits the kind of work we do here. We deal with plastics and polymers on a daily basis. The building is basically a large shed with plenty of space for the materials. Inside, the sound of the machines is pretty constant. We have a small office area near the front where we take care of the bills and answer the phones. It is a very practical setup. Most of us wear work boots and sturdy clothes because that’s what the job requires. The yard usually has stacks of materials waiting to be moved or processed. We don’t have a showroom or anything like that for people to visit. If you come to No. 15, you are just going to see the work being done. It involves a lot of manual effort and keeping an eye on the production line. We have a simple break room where we eat our lunch and have a rest. The weather can be a bit of a challenge, especially when the rain drums on the metal roof, making it hard to hear. We just keep our heads down and get the orders filled. It’s our way of working.
