Career Zone

Career Zone is run by Manjari N Kulkarni. We are located at H No Mig Ii 29 in the Khb Colony of Navanagar, Hubli, Karnataka. It’s a residential area mostly, so it feels very local. We work with people who are looking for their next step in life. It can be a bit stressful for them, so we try to keep the atmosphere here calm. The office is basically just a room in the house where we’ve set up our desks. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertisements. Most people find us by word of mouth in Hubli. We spend our days going through applications and talking to folks about what they want to do. It’s rewarding when someone finds a good fit. Karnataka is a big place and there are always people moving around for work. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the colony since we started. Sometimes it’s quiet and sometimes it’s a bit of a madhouse with people coming and going. We don't have a corporate handbook or anything like that. We just use our common sense and try to be useful. It’s a small, family-style operation. We don't have a huge staff. Just us here in Navanagar trying to help out where we can. It’s been our home for a long time and we like it that way. Not much else to say about it.
