Radhe Precast

Our place is out on Ali Katti Road, near the P.B. Road in Varur. It’s a bit outside the main city rush, which is good for what we do. Radhe Precast is mostly about concrete and heavy lifting. We spend our days out in the yard or in the small office we have on-site. There is always a layer of dust on everything because of the nature of the work, so we don't bother with fancy furniture. We make precast items that go into buildings and roads. It’s hard, physical work and the sun can be quite brutal in the afternoons. Most of us have been doing this for a long time, so we don't need to be told what to do. We just look at the orders for the day and get the mixers going. The trucks come in and out off P.B. Road, and sometimes they get stuck if the rain has been heavy. We don't have a marketing department or a polished sales pitch. If someone needs concrete slabs or poles, they find us. We talk plainly and tell people exactly what we can do and how long it will take. It’s a simple business built on manual labor and knowing how to handle the materials. Varur is a quiet enough area for us to just get on with it without any fuss.
