Baig Enterprises

Over at Baig Enterprises, things are usually moving along at a steady pace. We are based on Gokul Road, specifically in Chaitanya Nagar at number 289. If you know this part of town, you know it can get quite loud with all the scooters and cars passing by throughout the day. I usually get here around nine and open up the metal shutters. The shop has been in this spot for a good bit of time. We keep a variety of things in stock, though it mostly depends on what people are asking for lately. The shelves are packed with different items and I try to keep everything in its right place so I can find it quickly when someone is waiting. It gets a bit crowded inside when we have a lot of deliveries coming in at once. Chaitanya Nagar is a lively area so there is always something happening outside the door. I wouldn't say there is anything special about how we run things, we just do what needs to be done. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just wait it out while talking to the neighbors. It's a regular life, honestly. I spend a lot of time on the phone checking with suppliers to see when more stock will arrive. The floors need sweeping every few hours because of the dirt from the road. I usually close up around seven in the evening and walk home. It's just a basic shop where we try to stay busy.
