Arete Event Planner

We set up Arete Event Planner in Hubli because we saw how much stress people were under when trying to host a party or a wedding. Our small office is in Suvidha Annex, right there in Keshawapur. If you know the Convent School, we are just across the road from it. Hubli is growing, but it still feels like a place where everyone knows everyone. We try to keep that feeling in how we work. It’s not about being a big agency with lots of staff. Most of the time, it’s just a couple of us making lists and calling vendors to make sure they haven't forgotten anything. We handle the stuff people find boring or tiring, like finding chairs or making sure the food shows up on time. Things don't always go perfectly, but we stay on-site to fix whatever pops up. We've spent a lot of time learning which decorators are reliable and which caterers actually cook good food. The office at G-6 is usually full of samples and sketches. We don't use any fancy software, just notebooks and a lot of patience. It’s a busy life, especially on weekends when everyone else is relaxing. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Keshawapur and the school bells across the street. We’re just local folks trying to help other local folks have a nice event without losing their minds. Every time a new person walks through the door, we just listen to what they need and see if we can help.
