Surya Refreshment

Our shop is right on the Hubli Dharwad Road, just opposite the APMC. If you know Hubli - 580025, you know how busy this road gets with all the trucks and people going to the market. Surya Refreshment is basically a small spot for people to take a break. We serve tea, coffee, and some basic snacks. It’s mostly traders and drivers who stop by. We open up pretty early because the market activity starts way before the sun is fully up. It gets quite dusty sometimes because of all the traffic outside, but we try to keep our little area as clean as possible. There’s always someone coming in for a quick chai while they wait for their goods to be loaded or unloaded. We don’t have a lot of space to sit, but people don’t seem to mind standing around and chatting. It’s a very local vibe. You can hear the noise from the APMC all day long. We’ve been here for a while now, and we know most of the people who work across the street. It’s a busy life, and we’re just a small part of it. We don't have fancy equipment, just the stove and the basic stuff we need. Sometimes we run out of things when it’s a particularly busy market day, but we manage. It’s just a regular tea stall where you can catch your breath before heading back out into the Hubli heat.
