Bharat Accumulators (P) Limited

Our factory is located at Plot No. 11 in Sector-16. This is part of the HSIIDC area, so it’s surrounded by other industrial units. We deal with accumulators and batteries. It’s a messy job sometimes, but we’ve been doing it for years. The plot is a decent size, enough to keep our materials stored and have room for the guys to work. We have a small office section where we handle the billing and the phone calls, but most of the action happens out back. The roads in this sector can get a bit rough during the monsoon, so we have to be careful with the delivery trucks. We aren't big on fancy titles or corporate culture. Most of the guys have been with us since the start. We drink our tea together in the mornings and then get to work. It’s a lot of manual labor and checking levels and connections. We don't have a marketing department; we just rely on the fact that we've been in the same spot for a long time and people know where to find us. If you come by, you'll probably hear the sound of the machines running. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can without making mistakes. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do, and we just keep at it day after day.
