We are located in the Jalan Industrial Complex. It’s a huge area in Aalampur. If you’ve ever been to Jangalpur or Jhoolagad, you know how busy these industrial zones get. Our business, Vikash Kumar & Sons, has been around here for quite a while. It’s a family thing, just like the name says. We deal with various industrial needs, mostly stuff that keeps the factories running or helping with transport and labor. The roads here are always full of trucks and dust. It’s not the cleanest place to work, but it’s where the real work happens. We don't have a fancy reception desk. Usually, there’s some tea being made and stacks of invoices on the table. We know the other business owners around the complex. If someone needs something done, they usually just walk in or send a message. We don't do much advertising; our reputation in the Aalampur area is what keeps us going. It’s a lot of long hours, especially when there’s a big order or a deadline. We just try to be reliable. My sons help out with the day-to-day operations. We’ve seen this industrial area grow from almost nothing to what it is now. It's our life, really. Just trying to do a good job every day without any fuss. Working with family has its ups and downs, but we make it work together in this dusty corner of the world.
