Our setup is located in Block-III of Vishnu Vatika over on G.T. Road in Belur. If you know that area, you know it stays pretty crowded with trucks and people moving all the time. We are right in the middle of that noise. Inside the brewery, things are a bit different because we have to stay focused on the timing. Making beer is mostly about waiting and cleaning, honestly. We spend hours washing out the barrels and making sure nothing gets contaminated. The G.T. Road heat can be tough during the summer months, so we are always checking the cooling systems in the building. It’s a plain brick and concrete kind of place, nothing fancy to look at from the outside. We have got our equipment crammed in there and we know exactly how every pipe works. Sometimes neighbors ask what that smell is when we are boiling the mash. It is just a regular job for us, even if people think brewing sounds like fun. It’s heavy lifting and standing on your feet for ten hours. We don't really have time for much else besides the brewing cycle. Belur is a good place to be based because transport is easy, even if the traffic is a headache. We just try to get the work done right every single day.
