Our office is located at 34/4 on Sastri Narendranath Ganguly Road in the Santragachi area of Howrah. It’s an older building that has seen a lot of years, but it serves us well for managing properties. We don't have those shiny glass walls you see in the big city offices; it’s more of a traditional setup with wooden desks and lots of paper files. We spend our time looking after different buildings and dealing with the credit side of things for the owners. Howrah is a crowded place, and Santragachi is no different, so there is always something happening right outside our door. We’ve been here for a long while, so most of the neighbors know who we are and what we do. We don't do much advertising because people usually find us through word of mouth or by just walking past. It’s just a few of us here handling the daily tasks of rent, maintenance, and property papers. Sometimes the monsoon makes the road a bit difficult to navigate, but we still show up and get the work done. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like being part of the local community. We just focus on keeping the records straight and making sure the properties under our care are okay.
