Unique Care is tucked away at 131/6, Mahendra Bhattacharya Road, in the Chakraberia area of Howrah. The pin code is 711104. This part of Howrah is always bustling with activity, and our little spot is right in the middle of it all. It’s a typical street where everyone seems to know each other. The building is simple, and we’ve been here for a while now, just doing our daily thing. When you walk in, you’ll see it’s not a polished or high-end setup. We have the basics covered—a place for people to sit, a counter for paperwork, and the rooms where we work. It gets a bit warm during the summer months, even with the fans going, but that’s just how it is in this part of Bengal. We see a lot of familiar faces from the Chakraberia neighborhood. Mahendra Bhattacharya Road can get quite narrow and crowded with rickshaws and pedestrians, so there’s always some noise coming from outside. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us here, making sure the daily tasks are finished and people are looked after when they come through the door. Sometimes the inventory is a bit messy or we’re waiting on a delivery, but we manage to get through the day. It’s a local place run by local people who understand the rhythm of life in Howrah. We’re just here, doing the work.
