Tumpa Creation

Tumpa Creation is located in the village of Garmirza Pur, near Masila. It’s a very rural area, so things move a bit slower than they do in the big cities. We work out of a small space that’s been part of the village for years. Most of the people working here are from the nearby houses. We do a lot of handiwork and creating things by hand, so you won’t find many big machines here. The air is fresh and there’s a lot of green around us, which makes for a peaceful work environment. Sometimes the roads get muddy when it rains, making it hard for transport to reach us, but we’ve learned to plan around that. We don’t have a website or a big marketing plan; we just make things and people find out about us through word of mouth. It’s a very traditional way of doing things. Everyone knows everyone else in Garmirza Pur, so there’s a real sense of community. We spend our days cutting, sewing, or whatever the current project requires. It’s not about being a big company; it’s about making sure the work is good enough for our neighbors and customers. We take our time with the work and don’t like to rush things if we can help it. The sun sets early here, so we try to get most of our work done while it’s still bright out. It’s a simple way to live and work, and we are quite content with it.
