Tulip Inn

You can find Tulip Inn down Brajanath Lahiri Lane in Santragachi. We are at number 15/1. It’s a bit of a specific spot because it is near Baksara More, and the Santragachi Railway Station is also quite close. Howrah is always crowded, especially near the tracks. Our street is one of those typical narrow ones where you have to watch out for cycles and pedestrians. We’ve been operating here for some time now. It’s a basic building. People coming from the station often find us when they need a place to stay that isn't right in the middle of the main road chaos. It’s a bit quieter than the main station area but still has that Howrah buzz. We don’t have a big lobby or fancy elevators. It is just a straightforward inn. The rooms are what they are. We spend most of our time just cleaning up and making sure the keys are ready for whoever arrives next. Sometimes people get lost looking for Brajanath Lahiri Lane, so we just tell them to look for the turn near Baksara More. It’s a neighborhood where everyone knows everyone. We aren't part of some big international chain. We’re just a local business in Santragachi trying to provide a roof for travelers. Most of our guests are just regular people traveling for work or visiting family in the area. It stays pretty simple here every day and we like it that way.
