You can find us at 735, Sarat Chatterjee Road in Shibpur. We are based in Howrah, West Bengal, and it’s a very busy part of the world to be in. Total Logistics (India) Pvt. Ltd. is our company name, but to the locals, we are just the folks at the office on the corner. The street is always full of people, rickshaws, and carts, so there is never a dull moment. Our building is a bit older, like many in this part of Howrah, but it serves us just fine. Inside, it’s a mix of old files and some newer computers. We spend our time figuring out the best ways to move goods through the crowded streets of West Bengal and beyond. It’s a lot of puzzle-solving every day. Sometimes the rains make everything a bit more difficult, but we just keep going. We don't have any flashy slogans or a big marketing team. It’s just a few of us making sure the logistics side of things stays on track. We like being in Shibpur because we are close to the river and the main transport links. It feels like we are right in the heart of things here. We just focus on the daily grind and making sure the paperwork matches the physical goods. It’s a simple life and we are happy to be part of the local community. It keeps us on our toes.
