Titagarh Wagons Limited, Hindmotor, Hooghly

This location is a bit different because we are over in the Kadamtala Govt Quarters. Specifically, you have to look for Block D, Room 2. It is a bit of a tight squeeze in Howrah 711101. We handle the Hindmotor side of things from here. It feels more like a home than an office because it is in the quarters. We have to be mindful of the neighbors since it is a residential block. Most of the work involves keeping track of the wagons and the materials coming through Hooghly. There are stacks of papers everywhere. We do not have a big receptionist or a waiting area. If you come by, you will probably just see two or three of us working at the table. We have been here for a while now. The fan wobbles a bit when it is on high speed. It is practical. We do not need a corporate tower to do our jobs. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour, and we just sit and talk until it comes back. The walk from the main gate to Block D is short, but you always end up stopping to talk to someone. We keep a spare chair for visitors, though it is usually covered in files. It is the kind of place where everyone knows your business. We do not try to impress anyone with fancy furniture. We just focus on the task.
