We are based at 167 Avani Dutta Road in Howrah, just a short walk from the A C Market. This building has been our home for a long time. It’s a busy part of town, and the air always feels heavy with the sounds of the market and the nearby traffic. Inside, it’s a bit different. We deal with various chemicals and laboratory supplies. It isn't a place with fancy showrooms. It’s more about shelves filled with glass bottles and heavy containers. The staff here have been with us for years. We know the regulars who come in from the schools and the small labs around West Bengal. It’s a lot of inventory management and making sure everything is labeled correctly. We spend most of our time checking orders and moving boxes around. The floors are concrete and the lighting is just basic, but it works for what we do. We aren't a giant multinational corporation. We’re just a local supplier in Howrah trying to do things right. Sometimes the humidity makes everything feel sticky, but we just keep the fans going and get on with the day. My office is tucked in the back and it’s usually piled high with invoices. We don’t do much in the way of marketing. Most people find us because they’ve been buying from us for decades. It’s just how things are done here on Avani Dutta Road.
