Sms Infrastructure Ltd. is based out of Bungalow No-37. We are located right near the Park Panchavati Hotel and the Country Club in Damjore. Being near the Cona Express Highway makes it pretty easy for us to get to different project sites, though the highway noise is always there in the background. It is a bit different having an office in a bungalow, but it works for us. We have enough room for all our equipment and the team to sit down and talk. Damjore is a decent area, a bit away from the main city rush but still well connected by the highway. We have been working on infrastructure projects for a good while now. It is a lot of coordination and planning from this desk. Sometimes we have visitors from the hotel or the club popping in to ask what we are up to. We are not trying to be some giant corporate entity with a glass tower. We are just a group of people working out of a bungalow on the edge of the highway. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and looking at blueprints. The location helps because we can jump on the Cona Express Highway and head out to a project site in no time. It is a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We do not have a receptionist in a suit. You just come to the bungalow and find us working away.
