We have been here for a long time, so most of the neighbors know what we do. The work involves a lot of coordination with different transport hubs. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the latest schedules on the screen. The team is quite small and we all know each other’s families. We don't have a formal dress code, just whatever is comfortable for a long day of work. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is expected, but usually, we wrap things up as the sun goes down.
