It’s not fancy, and we don’t have a lot of modern decor. What we do have is a lot of experience in project management and construction. The staff here are mostly locals or people who have moved here to be closer to the work. We spend our days dealing with logistics and making sure the projects in this area are moving forward. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. The pace can be slow one day and then completely chaotic the next. We take things as they come. There is a lot of history in this area, and we like being part of the community in Rajgunge. We don't talk much about corporate goals; we just worry about getting the next load of bricks or finishing a specific section of a build. It is a very hands-on environment.
