Simplex Infrastructures Limited

We’re tucked away on Thakur Ramkrishna Lane in Santragachi. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you don’t know the area well, but it’s home for us at Simplex Infrastructures Limited. The building is older and has seen a lot of monsoon seasons over the years. Most of the time, the office is a mess of blueprints, old files, and lunch boxes. We handle a lot of the bridge and road work coordination from this spot. Howrah is always busy and crowded, and our daily work definitely reflects that energy. There’s always someone coming in with a problem that needs solving right now or a delivery that's gone missing. We don't really do the corporate thing here; it’s more about getting the job done. Sometimes we stay late when a big concrete pour is happening at a site nearby. You can hear the trains from the station if it’s quiet enough in the evenings. Our team is small, mostly people who have been in the construction industry for decades. We know how the local soil behaves and what it takes to get a pile driven properly in this specific terrain. It’s a lot of manual tracking and calling up foremen on the ground. We don't have fancy furniture or anything like that. Just the basics to keep the projects on track. It’s a bit chaotic, but we’ve managed to get some pretty big things built from this little office.
