We are based over in Liluah at 9 Netaji Subhas Road. It is a part of Howrah that stays pretty active all through the week. Our company is Siddhibhumi Real Estate Private Limited, and we spend most of our time here dealing with different land and building projects. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our papers and meet with people who live nearby. The ceiling fan makes a bit of noise when it is on high, but you get used to it after a while. We have been in this spot for some time now and most of the shopkeepers on the street know us. Working in real estate in Howrah means you see a lot of different things every day. Some days are just spent on the phone trying to get things sorted out, and other days we are out walking around looking at sites. It gets quite dusty around here with all the traffic, so we are always cleaning off the desks. We aren't a big fancy firm with suited up people everywhere. It is just us in a simple room, trying to make sense of the property market. We like the neighborhood even if it gets a bit crowded. Most of the time, we are just happy to get the day's work finished so we can head home. There is usually a lot of paperwork to go through, but that is just how this business goes.
