We operate out of a quiet spot at 6/3 P.K. Roychowdhury Nd Bye Lane. It’s near the B. Garden post office in Howrah. If you know this part of the world, you know it’s got its own character. We’ve been here for quite some time now, working on various development projects. Our office is more about function than style. There are blueprints everywhere and plenty of dust from the nearby roads. We don't spend a lot on fancy furniture or decor because we’re usually out at the sites anyway. Being in the 711103 area means we are close to the river and the older parts of the city. It’s a tight-knit team here. We mostly just talk about the progress of the buildings and what materials are coming in next week. We don't have a lot of time for long meetings that don't go anywhere. Usually, we just grab a quick lunch and get back to it. It’s a lot of work dealing with all the local regulations and making sure everything is on track. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there; we just want to get the houses built properly. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or transport, but we just deal with it. It’s a regular job for us, and we take it one day at a time. The office is our base, but the real work happens out there on the ground.
