You can find us right near the Ramrajatala Bus Stand on Ram Charan Sett Road. It’s a convenient spot because people can just hop off the bus and walk over to 20/33. We have been here for a good while. The shop is full of wooden beds, racks, and cabinets. It’s a bit cramped inside because we try to fit a lot of inventory in a small space. We have a couple of carpenters who work in the back. You can often hear the sound of sawing and hammering throughout the day. We don't do any flashy advertising. Most of our business comes from folks living right here in Howrah. They know we've been around and they trust us to give them something solid that won't break after a month. Sometimes the finish on a piece might have a tiny scratch, but that’s because we move things around a lot. We fix it up before it goes out though. It’s a busy life running a furniture shop. We open early and stay late most nights. My father started this and now I'm the one looking after the day-to-day stuff. We appreciate the local regulars who keep coming back whenever they move houses or need a new chair for the kitchen. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We aren't looking to become some giant corporation; we just like working with our hands.
