Rajlakshmi Distributors

Our place, Rajlakshmi Distributors, is situated at No. 211 on Sri Ram Dhang Road in Salkia. It is a busy stretch of road, and we are right in the middle of all that activity. We deal with distribution, which means our day is mostly about moving boxes, checking manifests, and keeping track of what is coming in and going out. The building at 211 is where we keep our main stock and handle the paperwork. Salkia is the kind of place where things are always moving, and Sri Ram Dhang Road is no exception. It can get quite hectic when the delivery trucks try to navigate the street, but we’ve learned how to deal with it over the years. The inside of the warehouse is mostly just rows of stock and a small area where we do the billing and talk to the guys who come to pick up goods. It is a no-frills kind of operation. We don’t spend much time on aesthetics because the focus is on getting the items to where they need to go. Sometimes the paperwork piles up or a shipment gets delayed, but that is just the nature of this business. We have a few steady people working here who know the inventory inside out. It’s a lot of physical labor and staying organized in a space that feels a bit too small some days.
