We are located at 119/1 Brindabon Mallick Lane in Howrah. If you’ve ever been to Howrah, you know the lanes can be pretty narrow and crowded. Our place is tucked right in there. We go by Ricpl. It’s a small operation. We do a bit of everything related to our trade. The building is old, like most things in this part of West Bengal. It has high ceilings and a lot of character, even if the plaster is peeling in places. We work long hours, especially when there’s a big project on the table. The noise from the street is constant, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have a few machines in the back that we use daily. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, people find out about us through word of mouth. Someone tells a neighbor, and then they show up at our door asking for help. That’s how it’s always been here. We value the relationships we have with the folks on our lane. It’s a tight-knit spot. We just focus on getting our work done right so we can come back and do it again tomorrow. It’s simple, honest work in the heart of Howrah. No fancy office, just a lot of effort and some good tea in the afternoons.
