Our base is in Nona Saradapally, over in Uluberia, Howrah. We are part of the EPC sector, which basically means we handle everything from the initial design to getting the actual construction finished. Being in West Bengal, we deal with the humidity and the rainy seasons which can really slow things down. 711315 is our local area code. The office is tucked away and it’s pretty quiet most of the time because everyone is out at the project sites. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. It’s just a handful of us managing the procurement and the engineering side of things. Howrah is a place with a lot of history in industry, and we are just another part of that. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and making sure the materials arrive at the site on time. It’s a lot of logistics. We don’t use any of those fancy corporate catchphrases. We just tell it like it is. If a project is going to be late because of the rain, we say so. We try to be practical and keep things moving. The work is hard, especially when you’re dealing with big infrastructure, but we have a good rhythm now. People in Uluberia know us as the folks who are always busy with some project or another. We just keep doing what we know. It’s about getting the job done without too much fuss.
