We are located on the third floor of Proloy Roy Abasan, specifically Flat No.F-20. Our building is on Koipukur Lane in the Shibpur area of Howrah. If you know this part of town, you know the lanes can be a bit tight and busy. We have been operating Reliance Logistics Pvt. Ltd. from this spot for some time now. It is a regular apartment building, so it does not look like a big warehouse from the outside. Inside, it is mostly just us handling the day-to-day logistics stuff like scheduling trucks and checking manifests. The fans are usually humming while we try to stay organized amidst all the paperwork. Shibpur is a lively place to work, with plenty of local shops and people around all the time. We do not have a big sign outside or a fancy reception desk. People usually just knock on the door and we invite them in to chat about their transport needs. It gets a bit hectic when multiple things happen at once, but we manage to stay on top of the lists. Logistics is mostly about solving small problems before they become big ones. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away at the keyboards. It is a straightforward operation. We like being part of the neighborhood here in Howrah. It is practical and it works for what we need to do every day. We just keep at it until the day’s work is finished.
