Our business is set up at No. 61/2/3 on Gopal Banerjee Lane in Ramkrishnapur. It’s a narrow lane, so it can be a bit tight for vehicles, but it’s where we’ve always been. We do a bit of everything here in terms of trade and supply. The building is old and has a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit creaky. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. It’s just a few of us handling the orders and talking to people who drop by. The area around Ramkrishnapur is pretty lively with lots of small shops and houses nearby. We’ve become a part of the local scenery over the years. Inside, the walls are lined with files and samples. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know exactly where everything is kept. We don't follow a strict corporate schedule. We just start in the morning and work until the tasks for the day are finished. Sometimes that means staying late if there’s a problem with a shipment. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We’re just a local business trying to do things right. People around here know us as the place on the lane that’s always busy. We focus on the relationships we have with our regular clients and keep things moving. It’s a steady life in a busy neighborhood.
