Rahee Industries Ltd. has its office on the 3rd Floor of 308 G.T. Road, specifically in Flat 303. This is in Salkia, Howrah, which is always busy and a bit chaotic. If you know the G.T. Road area in West Bengal, you know the sounds of trucks and the smell of the river are always there. Our office is in a crowded building, and the stairs are usually full of people moving things up and down. Inside Flat 303, it’s a different world. We have desks crammed together and files stacked up to the ceiling. It’s an industrial business, so we deal with a lot of technical stuff and big projects. Even though the name sounds big, the daily work happens in these small rooms. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at blueprints. The fans hum all day to keep the humidity at bay, but it’s still pretty warm. Howrah is a tough place to work because of the congestion, but it’s where all the action is. We’ve been here for years and we know the shortcuts through the narrow lanes. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just focus on the engineering and the manufacturing side of things. It’s a busy, cramped, and honest place where we just try to get the orders out on time. There's always something to do and we just keep pushing through the daily grind.
