We are over here in Howrah at Shenjuti 28, Onkarmall Tethia Road. It’s been a while since Pam Developments (P) Ltd. got started. Mostly we just focus on whatever building projects come our way locally. The office is pretty easy to find if you know the road. We spend a lot of time out at sites or just keeping things moving from the desk here. It is not a huge operation, just a handful of us making sure things get built properly without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes the traffic on Tethia Road gets a bit much in the mornings, but we manage. If someone needs something developed, they usually just drop by or give a call. We don't really do the fancy advertising stuff. It's just about getting the work done day by day. People around here know the name because we’ve been in the neighborhood long enough. We deal with the usual paperwork, materials, and making sure the crews are doing what they should. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. Most of our days are spent checking on layouts or chatting with vendors. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone.
