Nutrition Coachin

You can find Nutrition Coachin over at 60/2, Ichapur Road in Howrah. We are located right by the Abasar Club. It’s a convenient spot for most folks in the area. I started this because I saw a lot of people asking questions about what they should eat and how to stay healthy. I’m not a big company with a fancy office. It’s just a small space where we can sit down and talk. I keep some charts on the wall and a scale in the corner. It’s very basic. Ichapur Road can be quite busy, especially in the mornings. I usually have a few people coming in before they go to work. We talk about simple things, like adding more vegetables to meals or cutting back on sugar. I don't use any confusing medical jargon. I just explain things in a way that makes sense. Sometimes we even talk about where to find the freshest produce at the local market. The Abasar Club is a good landmark, so most people don't have trouble finding us. I’ve been doing this for a couple of years now. It’s rewarding to see people feeling a bit better. We don't have a big marketing budget. Most people just find out about us from their friends. It’s a small, local operation, and I like keeping it that way. Come by if you're on Ichapur Road.
