Our place is over in Howrah, specifically at 11/1, Kshirode Ch. Ghose Road on the third floor, room 309. It’s near Watkins Lane, which is a pretty crowded area if you’ve ever been there. Getting across the bridge in the morning can be a real headache, but we’ve been doing it for so long it’s just part of the routine now. The office isn't very large, and it’s tucked away in a corner of the floor. We do our trading and exchange work from here. It’s mostly just us and a lot of paper stacks. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and we are right there at our desks. The building has that typical Howrah feel, a bit dusty and always busy with people moving around. We have a small window that gives us a bit of a view of the rooftops nearby. We don't really have any big titles or a hierarchy. We all just jump in and do what’s needed, whether it’s answering the phone or going out to meet a client at the station. It’s a practical life. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep the business running smooth despite the heat or the rain. It’s not a polished operation, but we know what we’re doing and we’ve been doing it in this same spot for quite a while now.
