We are over on Benaras Road in the Belgachia area. The address is P-280, and the local post office is Netajigarh. It’s a pretty industrial spot, and we’ve been operating from here for a long time. Our business is mostly about supplying various stores and industrial units with the goods they need. It’s a lot of variety, from hardware to general supplies. The warehouse is right here, and we spend a good chunk of our day keeping things organized. It’s an old-school way of doing things. We don't have a big digital system for everything; a lot of it is still done with ledgers and personal notes. Our customers are mostly regulars who have been coming to us for years. They know where we are and how we work. The area can get a bit muddy when it rains, but we just keep the doors open and the goods moving. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of heavy lifting and counting items. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to polish up our image. We just answer the phone, take the orders, and make sure the delivery truck is loaded correctly. It’s just a few of us here, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit.
