We've been at 20 M A K Azad Road for quite a while now. It is right there across from Standard Chartered Bank, which makes it pretty easy to find if you are near the Howrah AC Market. People around here know us as N C S Travels & Tours Pvt Ltd. We handle travel stuff. Usually, someone just walks in with a question about a trip or needs a ticket sorted out. It gets busy in this part of Howrah, especially with all the shops nearby. We mostly just focus on getting things done for our regulars. Sometimes the phones do not stop ringing but we try to keep up with the calls. It is a small office but it works well for what we do. Dealing with travel plans can be a bit of a headache with all the changes these days, so we just try to be practical. If you are coming by, look for the bank first, then we are right there. We do not really do big fancy advertisements around town. Most people just find us by word of mouth or because they were already in the market for something else. It is a straightforward setup. We have seen the neighborhood change over the years, but we are still here doing the same thing. There is nothing too complicated about it. Just some folks helping other folks get from one place to another without too much fuss. We stay open most days and someone is usually around.
