We've been here on F Road for a good while now. It’s a busy spot in Belgachia, right near the Bosting Pumping Station, so people usually find us easily enough by just looking for that landmark. Most mornings it’s quite noisy outside with the traffic and the local bustle of Kadamtala, but inside we try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible for anyone coming in. Homeopathy is what we do. It’s a bit different than the big hospitals in the city, and we see all sorts of folks from the neighborhood. Some days the lobby gets quite crowded and other days it’s just a steady stream of regulars who have been coming to us for years. We handle the paperwork, talk to the patients, and manage the medicine counter without much fuss. The building itself is older, but it’s sturdy and has seen a lot of people walk through the doors since the start. There’s no fancy cafeteria or anything like that, just a place to sit while you wait for your name to be called. We focus on getting the little things right, like making sure the files are in order and the rooms are tidy. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is hot and the fans are going full blast, but that’s just how it goes here in this part of town. We’re just local people doing our jobs and trying to stay organized in the middle of a very busy area.
