We are located in Village Dullya, which is in the Howrah district of West Bengal. Our address is a bit hard to find if you aren't from around here, as it is tucked away in a more rural part of the region. Being in a village means we don't have the typical glass-and-steel office look. It is much more grounded and plain. We work out of a building that fits right in with the local houses and small shops. The air is a bit cleaner here than in the middle of Kolkata, but the roads can be a bit bumpy. We deal with various systems and solutions from this spot, and it works well for us. Most of the people working here are from the nearby areas, so there is a very local feel to how we operate. We don't have a corporate cafeteria or anything like that. We just bring our own food or eat at the local stalls nearby during our break time. The workday usually follows the sun, and things quiet down quite a bit once it gets dark. It is a very straightforward way of living and working. We don't feel the need to be in a big city office when we can do everything we need to right here in Dullya. It is quiet, it is practical, and it allows us to focus without all the city noise. We've been part of this community for some time now and like the pace here.
