Megatherm Electronics Pvt Ltd is located inside the Agnibina Housing Cooperative Society in Howrah. Our office is actually Flat No-09, which makes it feel a lot more like a home than a typical business center. Being in GIP Colony means we are surrounded by families and neighbors, so it is usually pretty quiet except for when the kids are playing outside in the afternoons. We have been working out of this Jagacha area for some time, focusing on the electronics side of things. The space is a bit tight because we have equipment and components taking up a lot of room on the tables. It is not the kind of place where you will find marble floors or glass partitions. We mostly sit around the main table and figure out technical issues or handle the local distribution. Sometimes the West Bengal humidity gets into the office, but we just keep the fans going and get on with the job. People in the colony know us as the electronics folks in the flat. We handle our own tea and usually eat lunch together at the back. There is a lot of soldering and testing going on during the week. It is a simple setup for people who just want to get the work done without any extra fuss. We like being part of the local community here in Howrah rather than being in some tall office building.
