Medicare Clinic Pvt Ltd is located inside Shree Apartment on the first floor. It is at 138 G T Road South, right in the middle of Shibpur. If you are looking for us, we are directly across from the Howrah Jute Mill. You can also spot the Bajaj Scooter showroom on the ground floor; we are right above that shop. To get to us, you have to take the stairs up to the first floor. The staircase is a bit narrow, so you have to be careful when it is crowded. Being on G T Road means there is a constant drone of engines and horns from the street. It never really gets quiet until very late at night. The apartment building itself has several other offices and residents, so there are always people coming and going. Our space is mostly functional. We have a front area for registration and a couple of rooms for the doctors. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they are fine for now. We have some old wooden benches for people to sit on while they wait. The light from the street lamps comes through the windows in the evening. Most of our patients are local people from Shibpur or workers from the nearby mills. It is a busy spot, and we stay occupied from the moment we open the shutters in the morning until we close up for the night.
