Mahaprabhu Bhander

We've been here in Dhaipur for a while now. The shop is right on Amta Road in Howrah. It's just a small place, really. We keep the basic things people need every day. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the mornings when everyone comes at once, but that's just how it is. We try to keep the shelves full of rice, pulses, and the usual grocery items. It is mostly just us working here throughout the day. People from around the neighborhood stop by on their way home. There isn't much space to move around if there are more than three people inside. The fan makes a bit of noise in the summer. We know most of our customers by name since they live nearby. If we don't have something, we try to get it in a few days. The shop opens early and we stay until late evening usually. It is nothing fancy, just a regular bhander for the local folks. We don't have a big sign or anything. Most people just know where we are because we've stayed in this same spot for years. Dealing with the daily stock takes up most of our time. Sometimes the deliveries are late and we have to tell people to come back tomorrow. It's a simple life running a shop here in Amta. We just keep going one day at a time. It might be dusty on the shelves sometimes but we do our best to tidy up when there's a quiet moment.
