We've been over here on Benaras Road for a while now. It's a busy spot at 76 / 19. If you need anything for the mill or general machine supplies, we usually have it sitting on the shelf. It’s not a fancy place, just a standard store where we keep track of a lot of parts. Some days are busier than others. We get people coming in looking for specific bolts or tools that are hard to find elsewhere. Machine & Mill Stores Corporation Pvt Ltd is basically a lot of heavy metal and greasy stuff. It gets a bit dusty in the back. My desk is usually covered in invoices and old catalogues. We don't really do much online stuff, mostly just folks stopping by or calling us up to see if we have a certain size in stock. Benaras Road can get quite crowded with trucks, so getting things in and out takes a bit of time. We just try to keep things organized so when someone asks for a part, we actually know where it is. It's a straightforward business. We open early and stay until the work is done. Not much to look at from the outside, but we have what's needed for most jobs. Mostly we just talk to the same regulars every week. It works for us and keep the bills paid. We don't see any reason to move to a newer spot.
