We are over at 22, Nil Kamal Kundu Lane in Shibpur, which is a part of Howrah. If you know this area, you know that the lanes can be a bit narrow and old, but it gives the place a lot of character. We have been operating out of this spot for a while now. The office is not big or flashy, it is just a place where we handle our international business. We deal with a lot of different types of cargo and shipping details. It is mostly just us sitting around the table, checking schedules and making sure the documentation for the containers is correct. Howrah is a busy place with all the trade going on near the river, so there is always a sense of movement. We are just local people who have learned the ins and outs of how things move across borders. It is not always easy, especially when there are delays at the port or issues with the weather in West Bengal, but we just manage it. We do not use any marketing speak here. We are just honest workers who know how to handle the shipping business. Some days are very quiet and other days we are running around trying to fix things. We like being in Shibpur because it feels like home to us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
