Kids Lovedale

Kids Lovedale is a small place for children situated at 352 G T Road, right near Debendra Ganguly Road in Howrah. Being on G T Road means there is a constant stream of trucks and buses passing by outside, so it is a very lively area. Our school is a bit like a second home for the little ones who come here. We have painted the walls with some bright colors and drawings to make it look cheerful, though some of the paint has started to chip away over the years. We have a few rooms filled with small chairs and toys that are scattered around by the end of every morning. The staff spends a lot of time tidying up after the kids and making sure they are safe while their parents are at work. Howrah can be quite dusty and loud, but once you step inside, it is a bit more controlled. We do not have any big corporate backing or anything like that. It is just a local business run by people who live in the neighborhood. We spend our days teaching the alphabet, singing songs, and making sure everyone gets their snacks on time. It is a lot of hard work and noise, but that is just how a place for kids is supposed to be.
