It’s tucked away in a more residential-feeling street than some of the big industrial parks, which gives it a different vibe. Chatterjee Para Lane is a bit narrow, so you have to be careful when bringing in larger vehicles. We’ve been operating out of this Kadam Tala location for a good while. The building isn't anything fancy, just a functional space where we keep our equipment and handle the office work. It gets a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of stock, but we manage. We don't have a dedicated sales team or a big glossy website. We mostly just deal with people who know us or find us through word of mouth. The office is just a couple of desks and a lot of filing cabinets. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us. We like the neighborhood, even if the lane is tight. It feels like we are part of the local community here. We don't put on any acts or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a small company in Kadam Tala trying to get the day's work done without too much fuss. Every morning we open up and start the same routine, and it keeps us going.
