Asian Bone Mill

Our place, Asian Bone Mill, is located out in Gangaram Pur, near the Kaijuri post office in Uluberia. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but this is where the work happens. We handle bone milling, which is a bit of a messy job, but it’s what we know how to do. The air around the mill always has a certain smell, and you get used to it after the first few days. We’ve got a group of local guys who come in every morning to start the machines. It’s not a big corporate operation, just a mill where we process materials and load them onto trucks. The road leading up to us in Gangaram Pur can get pretty muddy when it rains, so we have to watch out for that. We don't have a fancy front office or anything like that. Usually, you’ll find us out back near the grinders or checking the bags. People in Uluberia know us because we’ve been around this area for a long time. We just keep our heads down and get the milling done day after day. It’s hard work and the dust gets everywhere, but it’s a living. We try to keep the machines running smooth, though they are getting a bit old now. Sometimes we sit outside by the gate during breaks just to get some fresh air away from the noise. It is just a basic factory, but it keeps us busy.
