K. M. Laminators Pvt. Ltd. is based at No. 233/B on Netaji Subhas Road. It’s a busy street with a lot of vehicles and people moving back and forth all day long. Our facility is tucked away in a spot that you might miss if you aren't looking for the number. We’ve been at this location for quite a while now. The space is mostly filled with the machines we use and stacks of materials waiting to be processed. It’s a bit noisy when everything is running, but that’s just the nature of the work. We aren't a big, polished company with a fancy boardroom. Most of our meetings happen right on the floor where the work is being done. We have a small office area for the paperwork, but it’s usually covered in notes and diagrams. Netaji Subhas Road is a good place to be because it’s easy for trucks to get in and out, which is important for us. We don't spend money on big ads or trying to look like something we aren't. We are just a group of people who know how to run these machines and we’ve been doing it long enough to be comfortable with it. Some days are long, and things don't always go perfectly, but we just fix what needs fixing and keep moving. It’s a straightforward business in a busy part of town. We usually keep a pot of coffee going to stay sharp.
