Down at Bandhaghat, specifically on J. N. Mukherjee Road, you’ll find where we work at Jiwago Precision Dies Pvt. Ltd. We occupy the spaces at 25, 25/1, and 26. It sounds like a lot of space, but we seem to fill it up with machines and materials pretty quickly. The whole area around here is always buzzing with activity. There’s a constant stream of trucks and vans moving in and out of the road. We spend most of our working hours looking closely at dies. It takes a lot of focus and a steady hand. Sometimes the overhead light isn't the best for the fine details, so we have to use extra lamps at our stations. We aren't really the type of people for big speeches or polished presentations. We just show up at the Bandhaghat site and get right to the work. The floor is made of hard concrete and it can be pretty tough on your feet if you're standing all day. We’ve got a good mix of older guys who have been here forever and a couple of younger ones who are still learning the ropes. J. N. Mukherjee Road is a place where people work hard for their living. We fit right in with the rest of the neighborhood. The office is very small and mostly filled with old files and dusty ledgers. We don't use much fancy software because we prefer checking everything by hand. It feels more reliable that way. We're just a regular shop in Bandhaghat.
